Vakar vykusiame pirmajame Švietimo įstaigų specialistų forume pranešimą skaitydama Alytaus miesto savivaldybės administracijos Švietimo skyriaus vedėja Rimvyda Ališauskienė miesto švietimo bendruomenę kvietė susitelkti, bendradarbiauti, o ne konkuruoti, ką pastaruoju metu pajautė ir apie tai užsiminė ir Alytaus miesto meras Vytautas Grigaravičius. Jau at­ei­nan­tį pir­ma­die­nį į mo­kyk­las po va­sa­ros atos­to­gų su­grįš mo­ki­niai. Aly­taus švie­ti­mo ben­druo­me­nė nau­jus moks­lo me­tus pra­dė­jo kiek anks­čiau ir ne­tra­di­ciš­kai. Va­kar Jot­vin­gių gim­na­zi­jo­je įvy­ko pir­ma­sis Švie­ti­mo įstai­gų spe­cia­lis­tų fo­ru­mas, ku­rio me­tu kal­bė­ta ne tik apie ma­lo­nius Aly­taus švie­ti­mo sis­te­mos pa­sie­ki­mus, bet ir nu­skam­bė­jo užuomina apie pa­ty­čias jau vie­ne­rius me­tus Aly­taus švie­ti­mo ben­druo­me­nei va­do­vau­jan­čios Rim­vy­dos Ali­šaus­kie­nės at­žvil­giu bei ne­svei­ką tarp­mo­kyk­li­nę kon­ku­ren­ci­ją.

Mies­to švie­ti­mo ben­druo­me­nei jau me­tus va­do­vau­jan­čios Švie­ti­mo sky­riaus ve­dė­jos Rim­vy­dos Ali­šaus­kie­nės pra­ne­ši­me taip pat nu­skam­bė­jo apie ne itin drau­giš­ką at­mo­sfe­rą švie­ti­mo sis­te­mo­je by­lo­jan­ti gai­da: „Prieš jus sto­viu jau me­tus ei­da­ma Švie­ti­mo sky­riaus ve­dė­jos pa­rei­gas. Tie me­tai bu­vo įdo­mūs, tu­rė­jau daug įvai­rių pa­tir­čių, tu­rė­jau la­bai stip­rų pa­lai­ky­mą, ta­čiau tu­rė­jau ir pa­ty­čių. Ta­čiau čia ne apie tai.“

R.Ali­šaus­kie­nė neat­si­spy­rė sen­ti­men­tams Jot­vin­gių gim­na­zi­jai, ku­rio­je kaž­ka­da mo­kė­si ir ji pa­ti.

Pa­si­džiau­gė ir pa­sie­ki­mais

Iš me­ti­nės sa­vi­val­dy­bių švie­ti­mo kon­fe­ren­ci­jos su­grį­žu­si Švie­ti­mo sky­riaus ve­dė­ja pa­si­džiau­gė, kad ten Aly­taus var­das ne kar­tą bu­vo links­niuo­ja­mas ge­rą­ja pras­me. Ap­ta­riant pas­ta­rų­jų tre­jų me­tų Lie­tu­vos švie­ti­mo būk­lę, bu­vo ak­cen­tuo­ta, kad bran­dos eg­za­mi­nų re­zul­ta­tais per 2014-2017 me­tus tarp še­šių sa­vi­val­dy­bių Aly­taus švie­ti­mo įstai­gos pir­mau­ja. Be to, pa­grin­di­nio ug­dy­mo pa­sie­ki­mų pa­tik­ri­ni­mo re­zul­ta­tai taip pat nuo­lat au­ga.

Kai ku­rie sa­ko, kad čia ne­tvar­ka, cha­o­sas, nė­ra stra­te­gi­jos, ta­čiau re­zul­ta­tai ro­do, kad tai ne­tie­sa“, – pa­brė­žė R.Ali­šaus­kie­nė ir pri­dū­rė, kad ne­pai­sant to, dar iš­ties yra ką to­bu­lin­ti, ką keis­ti.

Ra­gi­no dirb­ti kar­tu

Sa­vo pra­ne­ši­me ve­dė­ja ne­ven­gė pa­mė­ty­ti ir ak­me­nu­kų į Aly­taus švie­ti­mo dar­buo­to­jų dar­žą. Ji tvir­ti­no, kad švie­ti­mo ben­druo­me­nei vis dar la­bai trūks­ta ben­dra­dar­bia­vi­mo, su­si­ta­ri­mų lai­ky­mo­si, pa­gar­bos ir pa­si­ti­kė­ji­mo. O mies­to me­ro mi­nė­ta kon­ku­ren­ci­ja, R.Ali­šaus­kie­nės žo­džiais, at­ne­šė la­bai ne­ge­rų da­ly­kų.
