Vakar garsiam Lietuvos boksininkui, olimpiečiui Evaldui Petrauskui teko lankytis Alytuje ir stoti prieš teismą kaip kaltinamajam, kuris prieš daugiau nei pusantrų metų sumušė negalią turintį alytiškį.
Va­kar Aly­taus apy­lin­kės teis­mo Aly­taus rū­muo­se lan­kė­si gar­sus Lie­tu­vos bok­si­nin­kas, olim­pie­tis Eval­das Pet­raus­kas. Tie­sa, smur­to pro­trū­kiais pa­gar­sė­ju­siam ir prieš be­veik mė­ne­sį sa­vo iš­rink­tą­ją ve­du­siam vy­rui prieš teis­mą te­ko sto­ti kaip kal­ti­na­ma­jam, ku­ris prieš dau­giau nei pus­an­trų me­tų su­mu­šė ne­ga­lią tu­rin­tį aly­tiš­kį.

Va­kar ry­te vy­ko ant­ra­sis šią baudžiamąją by­lą nag­ri­nė­jan­čio teis­mo po­sė­dis. Tai pra­ėju­sių me­tų va­sa­rio 28 die­nos įvy­kis, kai apie 21 va­lan­dą Aly­tu­je, J.Ba­sa­na­vi­čiaus gat­vė­je, bū­nant ne­to­li Dai­li­dės eže­rė­lio, iš­ger­tu­vių me­tu ne­pa­si­da­li­jus nar­ko­ti­nės kil­mės me­džia­gų li­ku­čio gar­su­sis spor­ti­nin­kas su­mu­šė ir ne­žy­miai svei­ka­tą su­trik­dė ben­dra­am­žiui aly­tiš­kiui.

Gar­su­sis spor­ti­nin­kas, ran­ko­mis per lie­me­nį su­grie­bęs aly­tiš­kį, jį par­ver­tė ant že­mės ir ran­ko­mis bei ko­jo­mis į gal­vos bei vei­do sri­tį jam su­da­vė ne ma­žiau kaip tris kar­tus. Nu­ken­tė­ju­sia­jam bu­vo pa­da­ry­tas ne­sun­kus svei­ka­tos su­trik­dy­mas – krau­jos­ru­vos vei­do sri­ty­je ir lū­žęs apa­ti­nis de­ši­nės pu­sės žan­di­kau­lis.

Tuo­met nuo bok­si­nin­ko nu­ken­tė­jęs aly­tiš­kis dėl šio įvy­kio krei­pė­si į po­li­ci­ją, bu­vo pra­dė­tas iki­teis­mi­nis ty­ri­mas, ta­čiau ne­nu­sta­čius įta­ria­mų­jų vė­liau pri­stab­dy­tas. Nu­ken­tė­ju­sy­sis ne­įvar­di­jo, kas jį su­mu­šė. Kaip jau bu­vo skelb­ta vie­šu­mo­je, taip elg­tis aly­tiš­kį įkal­bi­nė­jo tuo me­tu su E.Pet­raus­ku dar san­ty­kius pa­lai­kiu­si jo mer­gi­na taip pat aly­tiš­kė, ku­ri įvy­kio die­ną kal­ti­na­mą­jį ir nu­ken­tė­ju­sį­jį su­pa­žin­di­no.

At­nau­jin­ti ty­ri­mą pra­šy­mas bu­vo pa­teik­tas tik šių me­tų pa­va­sa­rį, nes nu­ken­tė­ju­sy­sis ap­si­gal­vo­jo nu­ro­dy­ti jį su­mu­šu­sį as­me­nį, be to, liu­dy­ti teis­me spor­ti­nin­ko ne­nau­dai ke­ti­na ir bu­vu­si E.Pet­raus­ko mer­gi­na. Jų san­ty­kiai jau bu­vo nu­trū­kę. Dar šių me­tų pra­džio­je sa­vo bu­vu­sį vai­ki­ną E.Pet­raus­ką mer­gi­na taip pat ap­kal­ti­no smur­tu prieš ją. Ta­čiau ga­li­mas su­mu­ši­mas bu­vo ir­gi pra­ėju­siais me­tais, pa­va­sa­rį, o skun­dą dėl šio įvy­kio pro­ku­ra­tū­rai mer­gi­na pa­tei­kė tik šie­met. Po­li­ci­ja pra­dė­jo iki­teis­mi­nį ty­ri­mą.

Ofi­cia­lūs įta­ri­mai dėl ne­sun­kiai su­trik­dy­tos jau­no aly­tiš­kio svei­ka­tos olim­pi­niam me­da­li­nin­kui bu­vo pa­reikš­ti šių me­tų ko­vo mė­ne­sį. Tą­kart jam pa­skir­ta kar­do­mo­ji prie­mo­nė – ra­šy­ti­nis pa­si­ža­dė­ji­mas ne­iš­vyk­ti iš ša­lies.

Ga­liau­siai kal­ti­na­ma­jam dėl to­kio sa­vo el­ge­sio pa­sek­mių te­ko sto­ti prieš teis­mą. De­ja, bet iki šiol jis jo­kių pa­ro­dy­mų ne­da­vė, apie šį įvy­kį ne­iš­ta­rė nė žo­džio ir apie kal­tės pri­pa­ži­ni­mą taip pat ne­kal­bė­jo. O vie­šu­mo­je, įvai­rio­se ži­niask­lai­dos prie­mo­nė­se šį įvy­kį jis iš vi­so ne­igia. Teis­mui jis nu­ro­dė, jog pa­si­sa­kys tik po nu­ken­tė­ju­sio­jo ir liu­dy­to­jos ap­klau­sų. Už tai jam gre­sia lais­vės ap­ri­bo­ji­mas, areš­tas ar­ba lais­vės at­ėmi­mas iki tre­jų me­tų.

Pa­ro­dy­mus by­lo­je da­vęs nu­ken­tė­ju­sy­sis pra­šo at­ly­gin­ti tur­ti­nę 250 eu­rų dy­džio ir ne­tur­ti­nę 2 tūkst. eu­rų ža­lą bei dėl gy­dy­mo pa­tir­tas iš­lai­das. Šiuo me­tu te­ri­to­ri­nė li­go­nių ka­sa yra pa­reiš­ku­si ieš­ki­nį.
