Nors šilkiniai apdarai itin patogūs bei dailūs, daugelis juos mėgstančių žmonių turbūt puikiai žino, kokia ši medžiaga jautri. Nuo intensyvios saulės šviesos šilkas praranda spalvą, o neišplaunamas dėmes ant jo gali palikti net dezodorantas ar kvepalai. Šilkinius audinius reikia kruopščiau prižiūrėti, todėl netinkamai parinkta skalbimo mašinos programa ar net netinkamas skalbimas rankomis audinį gali sugadinti.

Prakaitas: kasdien plauti ar leisti išdžiūti?

Aktyviai sportuojantiems žmonėms nuolat kyla klausimas, ką daryti su šlapiais nuo prakaito drabužiais? Kasdien juos skalbti nepraktiška, ypač žiemą, nes jei neturite džiovyklės, jie iki ryto neišdžius ir kitą dieną sportuodami galite neturėti ką apsirengti. Bet skalbti tik kartą per savaitę taip pat ne išeitis.

Mažai suteptą sportinę aprangą galima skalbti ir greita skalbimo mašinos programa, tačiau tokiu atveju nepadauginkite skalbimo priemonių, nes šios gali neišsiskalauti. Neturintiems laiko skalbti, gali praversti Garų (Steam) programos, kurios atgaivina audinius, per trumpą laiką pašalina nepageidaujamus kvapus, be to, aprangos nereikia džiovinti. Tačiau jei drabužiai jau tikrai purvini, be specialios sporto programos neišsiversite.

Prieš dedant drabužį į skalbimo mašiną, derėtų savęs paklausti – ar tikrai jį jau reikia plauti? Neretai skalbti padedame nebetinkamus nešioti, tačiau dar ne purvinus apdarus. 

„Reikia pripažinti, kad dažnas skalbimas aukštesnėje temperatūroje neišvengiamai blukina spalvas ir gali pažeisti audinio struktūrą. Skalbimas žemoje temperatūroje ne visada gelbsti, nes tokiu atveju gali ne visai ištirpti plovimo ir skalavimo priemonės, o nuo to nukenčia ir skalbimo kokybė, ir pats drabužis. Išeitis – garų programos. Garai medžiagas atnaujina, naikina kvapus bei mažina susiglamžymą, bet iš tiesų neskalbia. Su Atšviežinimo (Refresh) programa džiovyklėse galima „atgaivinti“ net batus ar paltą“, – sako „Electrolux“ buitinės technikos ekspertas.

Skalbiniai – kaip žmonės – turi derėti

Rodos, tai turėtų būti akivaizdu, tačiau dažnai lengvai pamirštama. Skalbiamus drabužius reikėtų skirstyti ne vien pagal spalvas, bet ir pagal medžiagas. Pavyzdžiui, vienu kartu skalbti sumetę rankšluosčius ar megztinius drauge su velvetinėmis ar paprasčiausiomis juodomis kelnėmis, ištrauksite tiesiog nebepataisomai susivėlusį drabužį.
