Vakar vykusiame pirmajame Švietimo įstaigų specialistų forume pranešimą skaitydama Alytaus miesto savivaldybės administracijos Švietimo skyriaus vedėja Rimvyda Ališauskienė miesto švietimo bendruomenę kvietė susitelkti, bendradarbiauti, o ne konkuruoti, ką pastaruoju metu pajautė ir apie tai užsiminė ir Alytaus miesto meras Vytautas Grigaravičius. Jau ateinantį pirmadienį į mokyklas po vasaros atostogų sugrįš mokiniai. Alytaus švietimo bendruomenė naujus mokslo metus pradėjo kiek anksčiau ir netradiciškai. Vakar Jotvingių gimnazijoje įvyko pirmasis Švietimo įstaigų specialistų forumas, kurio metu kalbėta ne tik apie malonius Alytaus švietimo sistemos pasiekimus, bet ir nuskambėjo užuomina apie patyčias jau vienerius metus Alytaus švietimo bendruomenei vadovaujančios Rimvydos Ališauskienės atžvilgiu bei nesveiką tarpmokyklinę konkurenciją.

Jautė nesveiką konkurenciją

Pirmą kartą Alytuje suorganizuotame švietimo įstaigų specialistų forume „Naujų mokslo metų veiklų kryptis – bendri siekiai, bendri darbai“ dalyvavęs Alytaus miesto meras Vytautas Grigaravičius švietimo bendruomenei pirmiausia linkėjo susitelkimo bendrai sprendžiant problemas ir būti vieningiems.

„Praėjusiais mokslo metais kažkaip jaučiau tam tikrą nesveiką konkurenciją. Sveika konkurencija yra gerai, tačiau nesveika nėra gerai, tad kviečiu tai užmiršti, dirbti bendrai, nes visi esame viena šeima, viena pedagogų bendruomenė ir reikia laikytis vieniems kitų, padėti vieni kitiems. Tik tada bus lengviau spręsti problemas, tobulėti ir ugdyti savo vaikus, mylėti savo kraštą, miestą“, – pabrėžė miesto vadovas.

Užuomina apie patyčias

Miesto švietimo bendruomenei jau metus vadovaujančios Švietimo skyriaus vedėjos Rimvydos Ališauskienės pranešime taip pat nuskambėjo apie ne itin draugišką atmosferą švietimo sistemoje bylojanti gaida: „Prieš jus stoviu jau metus eidama Švietimo skyriaus vedėjos pareigas. Tie metai buvo įdomūs, turėjau daug įvairių patirčių, turėjau labai stiprų palaikymą, tačiau turėjau ir patyčių. Tačiau čia ne apie tai.“

R.Ališauskienė neatsispyrė sentimentams Jotvingių gimnazijai, kurioje kažkada mokėsi ir ji pati.

Pasidžiaugė ir pasiekimais

Iš metinės savivaldybių švietimo konferencijos sugrįžusi Švietimo skyriaus vedėja pasidžiaugė, kad ten Alytaus vardas ne kartą buvo linksniuojamas gerąja prasme. Aptariant pastarųjų trejų metų Lietuvos švietimo būklę, buvo akcentuota, kad brandos egzaminų rezultatais per 2014-2017 metus tarp šešių savivaldybių Alytaus švietimo įstaigos pirmauja. Be to, pagrindinio ugdymo pasiekimų patikrinimo rezultatai taip pat nuolat auga.

„Didelis pasiekimas ir tas, kad mūsų mieste yra labai daug aukštos kvalifikacijos mokytojų, o jų darbo rezultatai taip pat džiugina. Dar vienas niuansas, daugiausia mokinių vienam bendro ugdymo mokytojui tenka taip pat Alytuje. Visa tai rodo, kad dirbame labai gerai. Kai kurie sako, kad čia netvarka, chaosas, nėra strategijos, tačiau rezultatai rodo, kad tai netiesa“, – pabrėžė R.Ališauskienė ir pridūrė, kad nepaisant to, dar išties yra ką tobulinti, ką keisti.

Ragino dirbti kartu

Savo pranešime vedėja nevengė pamėtyti ir akmenukų į Alytaus švietimo darbuotojų daržą. Ji tvirtino, kad švietimo bendruomenei vis dar labai trūksta bendradarbiavimo, susitarimų laikymosi, pagarbos ir pasitikėjimo. O miesto mero minėta konkurencija, R.Ališauskienės žodžiais, atnešė labai negerų dalykų.

Vedėja savo pranešime aptarė, ir kokiu keliu Alytaus švietimo bendruomenei reikėtų eiti toliau. Pasak jos, svarbiausios – kelios stotelės: pirmiausia vertėtų koncentruotis į gerą emocinę aplinką, kad mokyklose būtų gera dirbti, kad mokytojo profesija taptų prestižinė, o visa tai priklauso nuo kiekvieno pastangų ir supratimo. Pranešėja ragino pagalvoti, ar visuomet bendruomenės nariai vienas su kitu bendrauja pagarbiai, ar geba prisitaikyti prie vaikų poreikių, ar tiki kiekvieno vaiko sėkme.

„Šiandien turbūt mažiausiai reikia mokytojo, kuris perduoda žinias. Šiandien reikia kitų savybių“, – akcentavo Alytaus miesto švietimo bendruomenės vadovė.

Antroji stotelė, pagal R.Ališauskienę, turėtų būti individuali mokinio pažanga, jos pamatavimo kriterijai, kokių rezultatų bus siekiama ir ką dėl to padarys kiekvienas mokytojas.

Švietimo skyriaus vedėja kvietė dėmesį sutelkti ir į bendradarbiavimą, gerosios patirties sklaidą. Pagalba mokytojui taip pat yra svarbi.

Ketvirtoji stotelė – vadovų lyderystė. R.Ališauskienė teigė, kad tik geri vadybiniai gebėjimai padeda judėti į priekį, motyvuoja kiekvieną bendruomenės narį, sudaro sąlygas įgyvendinti geros mokyklos koncepciją.

„Šiuos mokslo metus pradedame lydimi didžiulių pokyčių – etatinis darbo apmokėjimas, bendrojo ugdymo finansavimo pertvarka. Galime kalbėti ir kažko laukti, bet galime ir vienas kitam padėti, ieškoti geriausių sprendimų ir žengti drauge. Ateityje išliekanti ir reikalinga kompetencija yra gebėjimas dirbti komandoje, bendradarbiauti. Tad kviečiu dirbti kartu“, – savo pranešimą baigdama ragino R.Ališauskienė.
